At OK Wellness, we carefully curate and deliver custom MOBILE WELLNESS PROGRAMS for members of special populations in the Central Okanagan, catering to their unique needs. Our mobile service comes to your facility - no special equipment required. We are dedicated to the ongoing health, wellness, mobility, stability, rehabilitation, cognitive stimulation, addressing of balance, coordination, the effects of partial paralysis, stroke, and more. Programs are progressive and have a profound, lasting impact on health, wellness and quality of life.
We have developed programs for Able-Bodied and Frail Elders, Chair Fitness and Wheelchair Participants. All programs are developed after a comprehensive assessment of your individual facility and client needs.
We are a fullly-accredted, insured and licensed team of personal trainers, professional athletes and facilitators, over 17 years experience with dozens of specialization certifications from kinesioogy, frail elders exercise, bodyweight, exercise, injuriy rehabilitation, movement and balance maximization, pre/post natal, visual and auditory issues, dementia and more. We are dedicated to ongoing education and skill development.
